We have been helping clients in production and project management roles for over 20 years.


We work with projects from the ground up or just on site as part of your event production team.


We can deal with all aspects of production management, budgeting, supplier sourcing, contracts,
payment schedules, logistics, health and safety documentation, on site schedules and on site
management of all aspects of installs and de rigs.


We have recently managed projects in Dubai, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Singapore, Sweden and on
pre-production in Sydney.

CASE STUDY

We managed the Radio DeeJay event site in Milan 2019 for Jimmy Pallas 9PM SRL

  • We provided work schedules and managed the siting, delivery and install of all technical aspects of the project.

  • On site elements included ï‚·managing the setting up and building of the main and satellite stages and all technical elements that they required

  • ï‚·Safety checking a 10k fun run route

  • ï‚·Siting cordon and safety barriers, merchandise stalls and preparing event spaces.

  • We managed the local teams on site and worked with the venue and client employed safety teams throughout the build, show and de rig phases.


We also technical project managed projects in Dubai, Italy and Singapore in 2019.
